e.g. AppendPdf output.pdf in3.pdf
e.g. AppendPdf list.txt -ooutput.pdf
list.txt file contains:-
in1.pdf
in2.pdf
in3.pdf
Evaluation Restrictions are:- unrestricted, license page at end of every append.
